In the last 16 years I've had the opportunity of meeting 3 "True" Elders who have helped me considerably in my healing and wellness journey, and they are, the late Douglas Rabbitskin, William Dreaver pictured below and the late Floyd Wood, pictured on the bottom, who I met in March 22, 1997 and known till his passing March 27, 2009, a man who's teachings I miss very much. I'm very honoured to have met this man and his family, a man who gave me so much and asked for so little.

This humble man who I deeply respect, is one of the three true elders who helped me in my early journey of healing and wellness,

I still attend sweats with him and his family today, a family who truly follow their traditional & cultural way of life,

It's an honor & privilege to sit with this humble man in his humble Sweat Lodge.
