Over the past two decades, I have had the honor of serving and leading multiple organizations in their business and technology optimization journey through pioneering technologies and innovations that deliver and achieve optimal results. As a protagonist and empathetic leader, my successes are based on your success and those of the team engaged in every step of the way.
With the combined skills of highly technical insight and business acumen, my objective is to bridge the gap of communication between technical and executive audiences to change "what could be" to "what is."
New Beginnings
During the Winter of 2023, the idea of Four Directions Consulting became a reality through the years of experience and network of experts.
While the opportunity to consult presented itself unexpectedly, I enjoyed the ability to leverage my skills and experience to support multiple organizations in both their understanding and application of technology.
Additionally, this time period provided the opportunity to serve as the Global Information Technology Director for an international contact center, completing the circle of technology supply chain support and facing new challenges with trust and transparency.
As a matter of interest, I transitioned from post-installation support to design and implementation within the value-added reseller (VAR) supply chain model.
This time period included many roles such as engineering, solutions architect, account management, and training development.
My career began as a Global Service Delivery Backbone Engineer (Tier-3) with Avaya, resolving various complex Unified Communications and Contact Center issues for international organizations.
